Thank you for shopping at Canamo Concepts. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the purchase, you may return the goods within 30 days for a full refund.

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

Orders refers to a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

In order to exercise your option of returning goods from orders purchased from the website, you must inform the company within 30 days of initial purchase and email in proof of purchase to [email protected]. Goods must be returned in the same condition they were purchased in. We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. 

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. We cannot  be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. You should send the goods to:
